Ok, so we've bent this news to fit the post title just to get a little chocolate pun in...
As promised, today we added greens which will replace the blacks in the range 4-6b. The blacks will be coming down early next week and will be the colour for the 3rd ladder set this Friday coming (stay tuned for more on next Friday's events over the weekend).
Until then you have 9 sets of problems to try - come and get 'em done!

Rolly Bar

This morning we got a new toy in the post for our training room: Interchangeable with the rock rings, the lapis rolly bar is a pull up bar with a difference - the bit you grip onto rotates around the bar itself making any kind of movement on it very unstable. So while doing any exercise you have to stabilise the bar at the same time - a bit like swiss ball exercises or the rock rings but much more difficult.
Come have a go next time you're in - and here's the german national team for some inspiration...

There's nothing like putting a bad finishing hold on the wall to stir up some controversy as on pink #13. When it comes to matching the finishing hold how controlled is controlled' Well it's whatever your conscience can cope with really.
Aside from the rumours that you might be able to get a butt-cheek on the volume to help (video please if anyone succeeds with this!), finishing this problem comes down to a good heel hook and awareness of body position - here's Andy Earl to demonstrate...

We'll give him that!

This week we are double setting with new oranges up yesterday in the range 6b-7c and new greens tomorrow in the range 4-6a.
So that just about covers everyone, get down and try them!
Oh, you may notice the greens will be sliding in as a replacement for the blacks, is that a sign that next week's 3rd round ladder problems will be black' Stay tuned to find out...
